1. Eligibility for Refunds
We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every handcrafted artwork. Refunds may be approved under the following circumstances:
- Damaged or Defective Items: If your artwork arrives damaged (e.g., torn canvas, cracked frame, significant paint damage) or has a manufacturing defect not disclosed prior to purchase, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide clear photos of the issue and packaging, and we’ll process a full refund, arrange a replacement, or offer a repair at no cost.
- Significant Discrepancies: If the received artwork differs drastically from the product description, photos, or approved custom design (e.g., incorrect size, wrong color scheme, missing agreed-upon details), contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll assess the issue and provide a full or partial refund based on the discrepancy.
2. Non-Refundable Cases
Due to the unique, handcrafted nature of our products, the following are not eligible for refunds:
- Custom commissions, as they are created specifically to your specifications. We provide progress updates during creation to ensure alignment with your vision.
- Items returned due to a change of mind, dislike of the artwork after delivery, or improper fit in your space (please review dimensions and photos carefully before ordering).
- Damage caused by improper handling, installation, or environmental factors (e.g., moisture, direct sunlight) after delivery.
3. Refund Process
- To request a refund, email our customer service team at Contact Us Page with your order number, detailed description of the issue, and supporting photos.
- Our team will review your request within 3 business days and notify you of the decision.
- For approved refunds, we’ll process the refund using your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
4. Return Shipping for Refunds
- For eligible refunds due to damage or defects, we’ll provide a prepaid, insured shipping label for the return of the artwork.
- You must return the item in its original packaging (or equivalent protective packaging) within 14 days of receiving the return label. Failure to do so may result in the refund being denied.
5. Partial Refunds
In some cases, a partial refund may be offered as an alternative to a full refund, such as when minor issues can be resolved without returning the artwork, or when a custom piece has minor deviations from the approved design that don’t significantly impact its quality.
