- Damaged in transit: Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll arrange a full refund, replacement, or repair at no cost.
- Major quality issues: If the art doesn’t match our standards, contact us within 14 days. We’ll resolve it with a refund, replacement, or adjustment.

When will I get my order?
At AbstrMural, each piece is handcrafted with care, so timelines vary based on whether your order is from our ready-to-ship collection or a custom commission:
- Ready-to-ship art: These pieces are already finished. We process and ship within 2–3 business days via insured courier. Delivery takes 5–7 business days within the U.S., depending on your location.
- Custom commissions: Since these are made-to-order, creation takes 3–4 weeks (this includes time for design approvals and painting). Once completed, shipping adds 5–7 business days. We’ll send progress updates, so you’re always in the loop!

Our abstract artworks are handcrafted by a network of skilled artists based across the United States and select international creative hubs—each bringing their unique style and expertise to every piece.Founder Eleanor Hartwell leads the creative process from our studio in Wellesley, Massachusetts, where she oversees custom commissions and signature collections. We also collaborate with independent artists in cities like Chicago, Portland, and Barcelona, each chosen for their mastery of large-scale abstract techniques, textured painting, and attention to detail.Every artwork is made-to-order (or created in small batches for our ready-to-ship line) in these artists’ studios, ensuring that each piece carries the personal touch of its creator. This global-local approach lets us blend diverse artistic perspectives while maintaining the quality and craftsmanship that defines AbstrMural.
